Lee Gardham joins as Group Finance Director, bringing more than two decades of experience in strategic finance, acquisitions, business transformation and operational growth. Having held senior finance leadership roles and delivered transformation programmes across the UK and Europe, Lee will play an important role in supporting our growth journey.
As the first member of our dedicated Business Development team, Joe will work closely with colleagues across the firm to identify opportunities where clients could benefit from additional support and specialist services.
With a background spanning both technical tax and commercial development roles, Joe brings valuable experience in helping businesses access the right advice at the right time.
