Katia joined Affinia in July 2026, bringing more than 15 years of experience leading complex technology and business transformation programmes. She has a strong track record of turning strategic ambition into tangible business outcomes by delivering large-scale, multi-workstream initiatives.
Her experience spans a range of industries, including supply chain, retail, sport and, more recently, professional services. In her previous role, Katia played a key role in shaping and delivering an enterprise-wide technology and data roadmap, establishing robust governance and PMO capabilities, and leading portfolios across core business technology, AI and operational transformation.
Katia is comfortable operating at a strategic level and leading hands-on delivery. She works closely with senior stakeholders to prioritise initiatives, manage dependencies and ensure programmes deliver measurable business value.
Outside of work, Katia enjoys staying active and is a keen runner and open water swimmer. She is also a passionate sports fan, having spent a significant part of her career working in football. When she’s not training or following sport, she enjoys travelling and making the most of everything London has to offer.
