Director
Joe joined Affinia in May 2026 and as our Business Development Director. In his role as Director, he is responsible for driving the firm’s growth strategy and helping clients connect with the right expertise across our five service lines.
Before joining Affinia, Joe spent eight years in business development and advisory roles at Deloitte, KPMG, AMS and Newmark. At Deloitte he trained in tax consulting, before moving into dedicated BD roles – including leading growth initiatives within KPMG’s fast-growth and emerging companies practice, working with some of the UK’s most ambitious scale-ups.
Joe’s focus at Affinia is on building long-term client relationships, developing the firm’s referral and introducer network, and ensuring clients across all sectors get a joined-up experience of the firm.
Outside work, Joe lives in Kent with his young family and a retired racing greyhound, and enjoys eating, drinking and sleeping.
