Group Finance Director
Lee joined Affinia in 2026 as Group Finance Director, bringing more than 20 years of experience in finance leadership, corporate development and strategic growth. An ACCA-qualified accountant, Lee has built his career across professional services, financial services and international asset management businesses, developing extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financial transformation and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Affinia, Lee spent over a decade at Cardano Group, where he progressed to Group Finance Director and later served as Acting CFO. In this role, he led finance teams across the UK, Netherlands and Luxembourg, overseeing financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, tax and finance systems while partnering closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, acquisitions and growth opportunities.
Alongside his transaction experience, he has delivered major finance transformation programmes, including the implementation of a global ERP system, the creation of a shared services function and the establishment of a centralised treasury operation.
