Senior People Advisor
Daisy is Senior People Advisor for Affinia, joining the company in February 2022. She is currently CIPD Level 3 and 5 qualified. She brings over 10 years of HR experience, predominantly in Manufacturing and Engineering.
Daisy is passionate about empowering employees to fulfil their potential by strategically and operationally driving positive change by supporting our employees throughout their employment life cycle at Affinia.
Daisy keeps her HR knowledge up to date by attending regular Employment Law Seminars and reading CIPD People Management magazines. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
