Integration Business Analyst
Andrew joined Affinia in April 2026 after 7 years working in the Automotive industry in which he took up various Organisational Transformation and Business Analyst roles in the product development lifecycle.
Andrew is a Business Analyst within our Integrations team which supports the transition of newly acquired firms joining the Affinia Group. In his role, Andrew focuses on how processes can be streamlined, whilst also supporting internal transformation activities within the Affinia ecosystem. Andrew has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science & Management from Loughborough University which supports his problem-solving mindset and approach when it comes to process efficiency.
Outside of work, he is interested in all types of sport (playing and watching) and loves going on dog-walks with his trusty Cocker-Spaniel Dougal.
