Nimisha joined Affinia in February 2026 as an Integration Project Manager in our Stratford office, working across change, transformation, and integration initiatives. She works closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver complex programmes that bring together people, processes, systems, and data in a way that drives value without disrupting day-to-day operations.
With over 20 years’ experience, Nimisha has worked across financial services, professional services, energy, defence, government, and consulting environments. Her background includes leading large-scale portfolios, building and maturing delivery functions, and supporting organisations through periods of significant growth, transformation, and integration.
Within her team, Nimisha is particularly focused on integration delivery, governance, and change management, ensuring clarity, pace, and strong stakeholder alignment throughout the change journey.
She is a PRINCE2 and MSP accredited Programme Manager, a BCS Foundation Business Analyst, and SAFe Agile certified.
Outside of consulting, Nimisha runs Mindfulness Craft, delivering creative wellbeing workshops, and enjoys blending structure with creativity to support people through life.
