Learning & Development Lead
Naomi joined Affinia in 2025 after 20 years in the media, marketing and advertising industry, latterly in HR. With a focus on learning and development (L&D), employer brand and generalist HR, Naomi now leads our L&D strategy from within our People Team.
Naomi holds a certificate in Coaching Skills from Bec Development and a Level 5 Diploma in HR Management from the CIPD, combined with 9+ years practical HR and L&D experience for a large corporate firm. Her CPD summaries for her previous employer won both Gold and Platinum awards annually from their trade body (the IPA) for demonstrating training effectiveness and impact.
Outside work Naomi is a keen traveller and was lucky enough to spend two years living and working in China during her advertising career. She’s also a keen cook and gardener and enjoys involving her young family in both endeavours.
