People Business Partner
Megan joined Affinia in December 2024, bringing HR experience across a range of sectors, including education, charity, retail, and now accountancy. She began her career during the COVID-19 pandemic, starting her first HR role remotely. As a result of this, she particularly values the opportunity to connect with colleagues across offices and build working relationships in person.
She holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification and studied Language Sciences and Psychology at the University of Reading. Megan supports cyclical HR activities and leads a variety of people-focused projects. Her work includes managing employee relations cases, supporting wellbeing initiatives, and partnering with managers and senior leaders on workforce planning and people matters, ensuring HR policies are effectively embedded.
Megan is focused on enhancing the employee experience and building strong stakeholder relationships. She is excited to be part of Affinia’s continued growth journey and to support its people every step of the way.
