Payroll & Benefits Specialist
After starting her career in Admin and then PA/EA roles, Karen has worked in Payroll, Benefits, & HR for over 10 years across the pharmaceutical, banking, & automotive industries, with experience covering everything from monthly processing of payroll, pensions, and benefits, right through to new system implementation and roll-outs & HMRC visits.
As Payroll and Benefits Specialist, Karen looks after our internal payroll and benefits for all Affinia employees. She is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals holding a level 3 payroll technician qualification. Karen also hold a level 5 coaching qualification.
Outside of work Karen love books, outdoorsy stuff, and travel, especially crazy weekends away with my family and friends to do things like go sledging for the day in Switzerland or nipping to Italy to go a spa!
