Josh joined Affinia in May 2024, bringing experience from recruitment roles within several well-known professional services organisations. He works closely with teams across the business to attract talented individuals who share Affinia’s values and are excited by the opportunities that come with being part of a growing firm. 

Working across a wide range of service lines, including Tax, Audit, Corporate Finance, Payroll and IT, Josh supports candidates at all stages of their career journey. Whether someone is actively looking for their next role or simply exploring future opportunities, he is always happy to have a conversation and share insight into the market and life at Affinia. 

Outside of work, Josh is a keen runner and has completed a number of half marathons and marathons. He is also a dedicated Crystal Palace season ticket holder and enjoys following the team throughout the season.
