Supporting Collaboration at Cambridge Wide Open Week

26 June 2026

Our Cambridge office was proud to support Cambridge Wide Open Week (CWOW) from 11–19th June, sponsoring the Day 2 Drinks Reception as part of the Cambridge Ventures Tour, and helping bring together the people driving innovation across the region.

The event welcomed founders, investors, academics and industry leaders from across Cambridge’s thriving life sciences and technology community. We were also pleased to see Rob Allin share a few words during the final Accelerate Babraham pitch session, celebrating the entrepreneurial talent and breakthrough ideas emerging from the Cambridge area

Creating opportunities for connection

At its core, Cambridge Wide Open Week is about collaboration. The programme creates opportunities for conversations that extend beyond formal pitch sessions, helping founders, investors and innovators build the relationships needed to turn ideas into reality.

By sponsoring the drinks reception, we were delighted to support one of the week’s key networking events, providing a space for attendees to connect, share insights and explore future opportunities together.

Showcasing the best of Cambridge

Originally launched by the o2h Group as Cambridge Wide Open Day in 2023, the initiative has grown into Cambridge Wide Open Week, giving visitors unprecedented access to the organisations and people behind one of the world’s leading science and technology clusters.

This year’s programme featured investor showcases, talks, company tours, masterclasses, workshops and networking events, offering attendees a unique opportunity to experience the innovation taking place across Cambridge first-hand.

For us, supporting CWOW was a natural fit. Cambridge’s success has been built on collaboration between industry, academia, investors and entrepreneurs, and events like this help strengthen the connections that keep the ecosystem moving forward.

Supporting future innovation:

We are delighted to have played a part in this year’s Cambridge Wide Open Week and to support an event that champions innovation, community and collaboration.

A huge thank you to the organisers, participants and attendees who made the week such a success. We look forward to continuing to support initiatives that bring the Cambridge community together and help drive the next generation of innovation.
