Inspiring conversations on leadership, AI and smart skills with Professor Loredana Padurean
We recently hosted an insightful book signing and Q&A event with best selling author and award winning entrepreneur Professor Loredana Padurean in our Stratford office.
This event, championed by Adela Cebotari, Private Client Services Associate Direct, brought together over 50 attendees to explore some important topics around shaping the future of professional development.
Professor Padurean led the discussion covering the evolution of smart (not soft) skills in the age of AI, the importance of evolving our critical thinking, overcoming the limitations of impostor syndrome, understanding the difference between a role title and the real value people bring through their role description, and much more.
The engaging session sparked meaningful conversations throughout the room, with attendees sharing perspectives and experiences as they explored how individuals and organisations can adapt in a rapidly changing world.
The event also provided an opportunity for attendees to meet Professor Padurean in person and have copies of her book signed following the discussion.
Special thanks go to Emily Elliot, Taslim Munshi, Matthew Redwood and Cameron Colton for their support with the event set-up, as well as Baylie Eason for helping ensure everything ran smoothly and guests were looked after throughout the day.
Creating opportunities for meaningful conversations, sharing knowledge and bringing people together remains an important part of how we build stronger relationships and support professional growth.
