Rob joined Affinia through the acquisition of Business Partners in 2025, the business he founded in 1998. Rob has a passion for people driven businesses, working across a variety of sectors including professional services, science and technology with a particular interest in supporting start-ups and entrepreneurs.
Rob is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales having qualified in 1993.
In his spare time Rob can be found sailing on the Norfolk Broads or pounding the Cambridgeshire lanes training for his next half marathon.
