Ravi is an ACA-qualified Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of experience in practice and advisory roles. He has worked with a diverse client base, from owner-managed businesses to growing SMEs, providing support across accounts, tax, financial planning, and operational processes. Ravi has led projects on acquisitions, restructuring, and tax-efficient strategies, earning a reputation for clarity and strong stakeholder management.
He has played a key role in integrating acquired firms, streamlining systems, and improving processes for UK and overseas teams. Within Corporate Finance, Ravi guides clients through transactions, focusing on practical challenges and building trust throughout fast-moving deals. His expertise includes financial modelling, forecasting, and operational improvements.
Outside work, Ravi enjoys travel, adventure, and scenic walks, often paired with great food. He’s passionate about fitness, creative projects, and self-improvement, and loves winding down with a good podcast or Netflix series.
