Manager
Jainali is a Tax Advisory Manager at our Stratford office, working within Corporate Finance and bridging the gap between our corporate finance and tax teams. She advises on M&A transactions, restructurings, and a range of strategic corporate projects, ensuring tax considerations are integrated early in the deal process and aligned with wider commercial objectives. Her role sits at the intersection of transactions and technical tax, where she provides commercially focused advice to support both deal execution and long-term strategy.
In addition to her advisory work, she contributes to business development initiatives, helping to identify opportunities, build strong professional relationships and contribute to conversations that create broader value for clients. She has a particular interest in the commercial dynamics behind transactions and how tax advice can shape outcomes, not just respond to them.
When she isn’t advising on transactions, Jainali can be found reading business, finance & self-development books. As an avid F1 enthusiast, she looks forward to grand prix race weekends. She is also a former 2X Taekwondo world champion.
