Aneka joined Affinia in 2025, having gained over 5 years of experience in advising SMEs and owner-managed businesses on M&A transactions, ranging from trade sales, acquisitions and private equity backed management buy-outs. Her deal experience spans a range of sectors, including business services, energy & industrials and healthcare.
She started her career as a graduate in Deal Advisory at a big 4 firm with geographical coverage across the South West and Wales, supporting in the execution of sale mandates ranging from £50m to £200m EV. Aneka then went on to work in the Corporate Finance arm of an AIM listed business advisory firm, where she gained experience as a Corporate Finance Manager, leading on project management and execution of mandates ranging from £10m to £30m EV.
Aneka is a CFA charter holder, having completed the CFA program and achieved a score within the 90th percentile for the CFA level 2 examination.
Outside of work, Aneka enjoys travelling, wildlife photography and surfing on the southern coast of Sri Lanka whenever she gets the chance!
