Director
Ellie joined Affinia in Autumn 2025 as our People & Culture Director. Bringing a depth of knowledge to her role, Ellie supports our People team with HR processes and Affinia’s strategy for growth.
In her previous roles at Azets UK and Grant Thornton, Ellie focused on implementing People strategies, leading multiple teams, and supporting the integration of acquisitions. A career highlight for Ellie includes leading a team that was shortlisted for both a DE&I Award and a Best Early Careers Employer Award.
Ellie lives in Cambridge with her dog Jeffrey. She enjoys going to the gym regularly and taking part in an annual 24-hour charity fitness event. Ellie also enjoys travelling, with her most recent adventure being a solo trip to Vietnam.
