Enhancing product portfolios through M&A
Client overview
Our client, Kiril Mischeff Group, is a privately-owned food and beverage supplier headquartered in Nottinghamshire. Established in 1935, the Group is one of Europe’s leading providers of food ingredients and finished products to the manufacturing, foodservice, and retail sectors. With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and reliability, Kiril Mischeff continues to expand its portfolio through strategic acquisitions that complement and enhance its existing operations.
As part of its growth strategy, Kiril Mischeff approached us for support with the acquisition of Primepak Foods Ltd, a family-owned food manufacturer based in East Yorkshire. Primepak specialises in the processing of cheese and cooked meats, and the manufacture of sandwich fillers for retail, delicatessen, and foodservice markets. Operating under its own brand Wolds Edge as well as private label, Primepak brings valuable synergies to the Group’s existing product range.
“This was a strategically important acquisition for Kiril Mischeff Group, and we were proud to play a key role in making it happen. Our focus was on delivering clear, commercially grounded advice and ensuring the transaction moved swiftly and smoothly from financial due diligence through supporting final negotiations to completion.” – Chris Theobald, Director of Transaction Services
