Group CFO
Rob joined Affinia in March 2022. Prior to this, he held several senior positions in financial and professional services, including Group CFO at a specialist Managing General Agent (MGA) in the London insurance market and CFO at a Japanese-owned Lloyd’s insurance firm.
Rob has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, having led or participated in numerous transactions on both the buy and sell sides. He is also skilled in building and leading high-performing finance teams that provide operational excellence and valuable business insights to both the CFO and the board.
