Head of Integration and Technology
Thomas joined the firm in 2024 and brings over 25 years’ experience in Project & Programme Management. He spent over 15 years working Oil & Gas, The Public Sector (Health, Law Enforcement) and Telecommunications, leading global digital transformations and acquisition and divestment programmes in the UK and Europe.
As the Head of Integration and Technology, Thomas manages integration and change for the Group.
Before joining Affinia, Thomas was part of the Management team leading the initial buy out of Chaucer and played a key part in the subsequent funding rounds supporting the company’s growth, and development and eventual sale to become part of BIP Group.
In his spare time, Thomas is a keen sportsman, having completed five marathons and the 100-mile West Highland Way; he is also a season ticket holder at Harlequins Rugby.
