Associate Director, Corporate Development
Hannah joined Affinia’s Corporate Development team in February 2024, where a key part of her role is identifying, executing, and supporting the integration of like-minded firms into the group. With extensive experience in professional services M&A, she has worked on numerous buy-side and sell-side transactions and enjoys collaborating closely with owner-managed businesses.
Hannah began her career at KPMG, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Audit before transitioning into M&A, specialising in business and professional services. Prior to joining Affinia, she worked at a consulting firm across its Corporate Development and Finance teams, helping deliver its acquisition strategy.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys traveling, live music, tennis, and anything food-related.
