Assistant Manager
Tayler brings over a decade of hands-on experience in accountancy, having started his career straight after finishing his GCSEs in June 2013. He joined NSO in April 2019, joining Affinia in September 2024 after the acquisition of NSO, building strong relationships and supporting clients with practical, straightforward advice.
Working with a varied portfolio, Tayler focuses on SMEs, helping business owners understand their numbers and make confident decisions for the future. He takes a down-to-earth approach, making it easy to do great business by explaining not just what is needed, but why it matters.
Tayler is also committed to supporting his colleagues, playing an active role in developing the Chelmsford accounts service line and sharing knowledge to help others grow.
Outside of work, he enjoys football, running and park runs across Essex. He is also looking forward to welcoming his first child in August 2026.
