Ben joined Affinia through the acquisition of Green & Purple in 2025. He helped build and lead Green & Purple as a CFO-led outsourced finance practice supporting ambitious, founder-led businesses.
With nearly two decades of experience in finance leadership, Ben has worked closely with high-growth companies across technology, digital media, property development and professional services. He specialises in building scalable finance functions and providing hands-on CFO support, from forecasting and cash flow planning through to management reporting and commercial decision-making.
Ben is ACCA-qualified and is known for a practical, straightforward approach to finance. He focuses on giving business leaders clear insight and trusted support, helping them make better decisions as they grow.
Outside of work, and when not chasing after his two young boys, Ben is an avid Cambridge United fan. He played a key role in securing Green & Purple’s sponsorship of Cambridge United Women, alongside supporting the work of the Cambridge United Foundation. He also continues to play five-a-side football and squash to keep his competitive edge in check.
