Director
Lee joined Affinia in December 2025 through the acquisition of Green & Purple. He is an ACA-qualified Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience advising founders, investors and leadership teams across venture-backed and high-growth businesses.
Lee was previously a Director at a Top 4 firm before moving into industry as CFO of a renewable energy and development business. He later became CEO of Green and Purple, where he led the firm through a period of significant growth before the company joined Affinia. His client portfolio has largely comprised venture-backed businesses across Cambridge and London, with a strong concentration in software and deep tech sectors.
In his role, Lee focuses on strategic finance, business planning and advisory support for ambitious businesses navigating growth, investment and organisational change. He brings a strong interest in technology and how finance can better support decision-making in complex, fast-moving environments.
Alongside his client work, Lee has served as Trustee and Chair of the Finance Committee for Arthur Rank Hospice and as President of ICAEW East Anglia and remains passionate about supporting the Cambridge business community.
