Associate Director
Jack joined Affinia in June 2026 and brings over 10 years of experience in finance, primarily focusing on valuations, credit analysis, and transaction advisory. Having grown up and gone to university in the US, he moved to the UK in 2016 and started his career working in Transfer Pricing, Valuations, and Operating Model Effectiveness at Duff & Phelps and subsequently EY, before moving into Corporate Finance at Cardano where he was involved in advising across a wide array of high-profile corporate events – from M&A to restructuring work.
Jack takes pride in bringing a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset to deals as well as building strong relationships.
Away from work, Jack is an international lacrosse player, having competed at 2x World Championships and 2x European Championships for Scotland over the last 10 years, and was previously part of the GB training squad preparing for the 2028 LA Olympics. He’s active in growing the sport across the UK, coaching Kings College London and running his local club, Hillcroft Lacrosse.
