Chris joined Affinia in September 2026 and leads the Corporation Tax team across our offices in East Anglia. He has more than 20 years of experience advising owner-managed businesses, international groups and corporate clients on a wide range of UK corporation tax matters.
A member of both the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) Chris specialises in corporation tax compliance and advisory services, helping businesses navigate complex tax legislation while supporting their commercial objectives.
Chris advises on areas including group structures, loss relief, corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions and capital allowances. He has particular experience supporting UK subsidiaries of international groups, helping them navigate the complexities of operating within a multinational environment. He is committed to building strong client relationships and delivering practical, commercially focused advice tailored to each client’s circumstances.
