Caroline joined our Stratford office in 2026 and is a Chartered Tax Adviser with 25 years of experience advising private clients on complex tax matters. Prior to joining Affinia, Caroline spent 15 years with a leading private bank and a further 7 years within the private client tax team of a top five accountancy practice, where she advised high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and internationally mobile clients.
Caroline is passionate about making complex tax issues accessible and understandable, helping clients navigate the UK tax system with confidence while meeting their compliance obligations. Her particular area of expertise is advising foreign nationals living and working in the UK, including those with international assets, cross-border tax considerations and global mobility concerns.
As regional lead for the private client team in London, Caroline is committed to delivering practical, client-focused advice and building trusted long-term relationships.
Outside of work, Caroline spends much of her weekends supporting her three sons from the sidelines as they pursue their passion for rugby.
