As we continue to bring Affinia and UHY together, we are developing a clearer understanding of our environmental impact through improved reporting, governance and measurement. Alongside initiatives such as waste reduction, digital efficiency and paperless working, we are embedding sustainability into everyday business decisions. Looking ahead, we will strengthen our environmental reporting, establish ESG champions across our locations and use better data and stakeholder insights to shape our long-term environmental priorities and goals.

We are creating a more consistent approach to community engagement, wellbeing and social impact across the business. Our colleagues continue to support local and national initiatives through volunteering, fundraising and partnerships. Looking ahead, we will strengthen key relationships, expand opportunities for colleague involvement and take a more coordinated approach to increasing our impact, supporting social mobility and enhancing wellbeing, while building a strong, inclusive culture and developing future talent.
