Affinia Launches ElevateHer: A new networking initiative for women in finance 

Affinia is proud to announce the launch of Affinia: ElevateHer, a quarterly networking series designed to empower women working in finance by creating opportunities to connect, share insights, and build pathways to leadership. 

What is Affinia: ElevateHer? 

 Affinia: ElevateHer is more than an event – it’s a community initiative focused on: 

• Fostering meaningful connections across firms and service lines 
• Providing practical career insights from experienced leaders 
• Encouraging mentorship and collaboration to support women at early and mid-career stages. 

Who is it for? 

• Women at the early stages of their careers, through to those in managerial roles, who are looking to build stronger networks and enhance their leadership skills.

• Former colleagues and contacts who share our commitment to diversity and inclusion
