Associate Director
Zain is an Associate Director in our Mergers and Acquisitions team with nearly a decade of experience supporting clients in their growth journey and exit strategies. He studied at the University of York and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) at PwC. He works closely with family businesses and founder-led companies to deliver end-to-end advisory from strategic planning and target sourcing to deal execution and integration.Â
Zain brings extensive Big 4 experience advising on the sale of both listed and privately held companies across a range of sectors, including healthcare, real estate, and infrastructure. He has also supported private equity firms on the buy-side, helping to execute buy-and-build strategies and enter new markets. Zain’s core strengths lie in financial modelling, deal structuring, and negotiation.Â
