Having started his career as a Chartered Accountant in general practice, Malcolm spent several years in commerce, adding ‘real world’ experience to his professional foundations.
Malcolm has a particular specialism in business valuations, for sale, acquisition, EMI schemes, shareholder disputes – and divorce, where he has assisted clients or their legal advisers as an individual party expert, as a single joint expert or as a shadow expert.
Outside of work, Malcolm enjoys seeing the latest shows in the theatre, eating out with his family and friends, owning classic cars and the odd spot of shopping! First Column Content
