Group Business Support Manager
Tanya is the Business Support Manager for Affinia and has been with Affinia since April 2018. With 30 years of experience within an accountancy office, she is responsible for managing the support team to deliver efficient support to the client managers and a first-class service to clients.
Tanya started her career as an Office Junior in a small local practice, developing various skills that benefit the LB team today. Her organisational skills and determination to offer a positive client experience allowed her to progress into a managerial role. She prides herself on delivering a professional and welcoming environment to the client base and is always looking for new ways to improve the client experience.
