Executive Business Manager
Ann joined Affinia in August 2025 as Executive Business Manager, bringing with her over 15 years’ experience supporting C-suite leaders across financial services, advisory, and the not‑for‑profit sector.
Known for her calm, strategic approach, Ann specialises in executive support, governance, and operational excellence, helping leadership teams turn ideas into meaningful business outcomes.
Before joining Affinia, Ann spent several years at formerly Cardano Advisory, now part of Mercer, a Marsh business (formerly Marsh McLennan). There, she supported senior executives, led the Business Support Team, oversaw governance, and delivered a range of high‑profile projects and events. Passionate about inclusion, Ann chaired the Disability Working Group and played a key role in achieving Disability Confident status in 2024. Her leadership was also recognised with a nomination for the 2023 Women in Pensions Awards in the Team Leader category.
Earlier in her career, Ann held roles across a not‑for‑profit organisation, a Sharia‑compliant bank, Northview Group, and The Royal Bank of Scotland, building a strong track record in operational improvement, people initiatives, and complex cross‑functional projects.
Outside of work, Ann enjoys travelling, gardening, and cooking, and especially enjoys sharing these moments with her two children.
