Philip joined Affinia in July 2025 through the acquisition of Opass Billings Wilson & Honey.
Philip is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser. He trained originally in a small London firm before joining Opass Billings Wilson & Honey in Sidcup. Philip progressed steadily before becoming Managing Partner 30 years ago. His area of work has centred around Business Advisory and Planning as well as being the Firm’s RI until July 2025.
Outside of work, Philip supports many charities including Young Enterprise East London, where he serves as the Chair of the Local Volunteer Board for 30 years. Philip also served as Vice Chair and Chair of Finance for a national fostering charity for 12 years. In addition, Philip Chairs a small local Hospital Charity and has various other similar appointments. Philip also enjoys playing golf and tennis in his spare time.
