Katie joined Affinia in November 2025, following the acquisition of Green and Purple, the business she co-founded.
As a Director and Fractional CFO based in the Cambridge office, her portfolio primarily consists of clients in the creative and FMCG sectors. Her role centres on helping businesses use financial information and strategy in a way that genuinely supports their stakeholders – from founders and leadership teams through to investors.
She has a particular focus on making finance clear, accessible and useful, cutting through complexity so people can make confident, informed decisions without unnecessary jargon or formality.
Alongside her client work, Katie is passionate about mentoring, coaching and supporting the progression of everyone but particularly women in the workplace, as well as improving representation at all levels. She is also committed to shifting outdated perceptions of the accountancy profession, demonstrating that it is possible to combine commercial rigour with a thoughtful, human approach.
