We are excited to share that our presence in Cambridge is growing, as Business Partners and Green & Purple join Affinia.
Welcoming Business Partners and Green & Purple brings our team to almost 700 people across our offices, all with a shared focus of supporting our clients, our colleagues, and the communities we support.
Business Partners join us with a highly experienced team known for delivering practical, hands‑on financial management. Working in close partnership with their clients, they manage core finance functions, navigate complex compliance requirements, and provide informed strategic guidance to business leaders. Their expertise spans professional services, science, and technology, with a strong focus on supporting start‑ups and entrepreneurs.
Green & Purple specialise in offering fractional finance teams to founders and scaling businesses. Their services cover the full finance function, from day‑to‑day operations such as credit control and supplier payments, through to management information, forecasting, investor reporting, and wider commercial CFO support.
They primarily support venture‑backed companies across Cambridge and London in the tech, life sciences and creative sectors. Their approach is technology‑driven, using an app stack built around Xero to streamline processes including expenses, invoice approvals, consolidations, and monthly reporting, helping clients build strong and future‑ready finance operations.
The addition of these two teams further strengthens our commitment to delivering high‑quality financial expertise with a fresh, accessible approach built on strong relationships and a genuine commitment to the communities we support.
