Affinia Limited and its Groups (“Affinia”, the “Firm”, “we”, “us”, “our”) are committed to protecting the privacy of visitors (“you”) to our site. This Privacy Policy sets out how Affinia uses and protects any information that you give us when you use our site or contact us.

Affinia Groups

Affinia is a group of UK-based accountancy and advisory firms. Some Group entities collect and process personal data while others do not. Please refer to the Legal and Regulatory webpage.

How long do we retain your data

We keep personal data for a minimum of six years, or longer if required for legal, regulatory, or audit purposes. For recruitment and marketing data, retention is purpose-specific and may be shorter. Once the retention period ends, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Affinia uses physical, technical, and administrative controls to protect personal data. These include:
