Neil is a Chartered Tax Adviser who joined Affinia in July 2025 following its acquisition of Opass Billings Wilson & Honey, where he had served as Tax Partner. Based in Sidcup, Neil brings almost 30 years of experience in personal tax matters within general practice.
Having joined Opass Billings straight from school in 1996, Neil has progressed through every level of the firm — from trainee to partner. This comprehensive journey has equipped him with a good understanding of the challenges faced by both clients and colleagues, allowing him to offer relevant, timely and practical advice.
Neil has a commitment to building strong client relationships and believes that effective communication is key. He prides himself on being approachable and responsive, always ready to provide clear and thoughtful guidance.
Outside of work, Neil enjoys spending time with his family and regularly finds himself upside down during theme park visits with his rollercoaster-obsessed son!
