Payroll Manager
Jonathan is an experienced payroll professional with over twenty years of expertise in the field. He began his career in IT before transitioning to payroll at Sainsbury’s. After gaining valuable experience in industry there, he moved into practice and joined Giess Wallis Crisp, now part of Affinia, ten years ago.
Jonathan enjoys tackling various challenges within payroll, including the introduction of Real Time Information (RTI), Auto-enrolment, and managing furlough claims for clients during lockdown.
He manages payrolls for clients across diverse industries, from aerospace to security, overseeing all aspects of workplace pension schemes.
When he’s not at work, Jonathan loves spending time with his two energetic daughters, who definitely keep him on his toes! He’s also a big football fan and proudly supports Liverpool FC.
