Gemma qualified in 2011 as a certified chartered accountant after training at a top 25 London based accountancy firm. Gemma has a broad range of knowledge across the corporate and charitable sector, assisting clients with their day-to-day accounting requirements and ongoing regulatory compliance. Gemma has a particular focus on Education and Not for Profit, with a specialist knowledge spanning the last 12 years on the Academy and Schools sector.
Gemma joined Baxter & Co. in 2017, as a Manager within our Education and Not for Profit team, where she enjoys supporting clients and the team throughout the year. Gemma particularly enjoys troubleshooting technical challenges and she eagerly awaits the latest changes within the Academy sector.
Outside of work Gemma enjoys spending time with her young family and when time allows visiting new places around the world.
