Director
Chris joined Affinia in July 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance across a wide range of sectors. His experience focusses on buy-side advisory work and negotiation support, including financial due diligence; business, goodwill and intellectual property valuations; and financial modelling.
In his role at Affinia, Chris helps clients to prepare for exit by assessing valuation, the impact on value of planned growth and using a due diligence approach to assess and resolve business risks in time to avoid future acquirers being put off.
Outside of work, Chris lives with his wife and two children, enjoying music (both watching and playing live), walks in the countryside and the odd home/garden DIY project. In addition, Chris is currently a treasurer at NASS, a membership organisation for schools that work with young people who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
