Leicester-based Obsequio Group, backed by Beech Tree Private Equity, provides mission-critical services in fire detection, safety, security, and water hygiene, generating revenues of approximately £21 million.

When Environtec decided to sell, its four Directors turned to Affinia for deal advisory support and tax advice regarding the transaction.

The Results
